- Generated awareness of STEM education and careers to over 175,000 students and teachers by working with other companies, not-for-profit partners, teachers and schools;
- Collaborated with other companies and not-for-profit organizations to develop and execute workforce development initiatives;
- Connected 25,000+ students with education resources, mentoring, and enrichment programs needed to graduate high school. The initiative saw a graduation rate of over 95%;
- Supported arts accessibility initiatives by funding organizations with programs that provided performances free of charge or at a reduced rate;
- Co-founded a $20 million climate change investment initiative bringing together foundation philanthropy and corporate services to assist start-ups that focus on clean energy products and services that blend social and economic objectives.
Additionally, we have created and managed corporate engagement programs by connecting employees’ personal interests with volunteering and philanthropy opportunities, resulting in strengthening the corporate culture and building pride in the company.

Collectively, with extensive not-for-profit volunteer experience, we have held various leadership positions from board chair to development chair for a number of organizations.
