WHAT WE DO

Connect to Good provides consulting services that bring together the resources of corporations and their employees with not-for-profit partners to achieve meaningful impacts in the communities in which they serve and work.

With more than three decades of corporate experience our combined work included the following:

  • Managed over $200 million in community grants;
  • Generated awareness of STEM education and careers to over 175,000 students and teachers by working with other companies, not-for-profit partners, teachers and schools;
  • Collaborated with other companies and not-for-profit organizations to develop and execute workforce development initiatives;
  • Connected 25,000+ students with education resources, mentoring, and enrichment programs needed to graduate high school. The initiative saw a graduation rate of over 95%;
  • Supported arts accessibility initiatives by funding organizations with programs that provided performances free of charge or at a reduced rate;
  • Co-founded a $20 million climate change investment initiative bringing together foundation philanthropy and corporate services to assist start-ups that focus on clean energy products and services that blend social and economic objectives.

Additionally, we have created and managed corporate engagement programs by connecting employees’ personal interests with volunteering and philanthropy opportunities, resulting in strengthening the corporate culture and building pride in the company.

  • Built volunteer programs with over 500,000 hours of volunteer service in the community.
  • Raised millions of dollars for not-for-profit organizations through employee giving campaigns, matching gifts programs and event fundraising.

Collectively, with extensive not-for-profit volunteer experience, we have held various leadership positions from board chair to development chair for a number of organizations.

  • Collaborated with not-for-profit partners to raise over $25 million;
  • Worked on numerous fundraising events from strategy to solicitation;
  • Chaired development committees and served as interim director of development;
  • Assisted on many capital campaigns.

Whether creating an integrated philanthropy, community, and employee engagement strategy for your business or expanding your not-for-profit volunteer board and developing strategies to raise funds for your organization, we can assist with almost any type of project.
